We’re a group of

Parents, coaches, trainers, and players who’ve lived every side of the game — the good, the bad, and everything in between. We took what works, removed what doesn’t, and created Hoopers Paradise — a program built for families, players, coaches, and the basketball community.

We believe that

Development is important for players at all levels.

  • Developmental players can move to the Intermediate level.
  • Intermediate players can advance to the Skilled level.
  • Skilled players can focus on their intangibles, such as leadership ability, communication, and attitude.

We’re able to help kids at all levels and guarantee playing time for everyone. No one gets better by riding the bench. And it is simply a waste of time and money for both players and parents.

Our coaches and trainers

Are also role models. Kids don’t get cursed out and disrespected at Hoopers Paradise. That’s unacceptable.

Rather than chase trophies that coaches often keep for themselves, we pursue positive long-term outcomes that develop young people on and off the court.
